Nova Fans Sell Out

Really how does this happen? Right behind your own bench?

Be proud Wildcats. You have people who pay big money for those seats selling them to Pitt fans. It makes the tantrum they threw a couple years ago about Pitt alum in Philly trying to meet before a game, that much more ridiculous. Protect that house. Or not. Just sell it.

[UPDATE: Fixed. Sorry, threw it up and went to bed. Didn’t check to make sure it loaded right.]

Can’t see the picture but I think I can imagine it.

I saw that during the game.

You do realize that Nova’s pavilion only seats approx 6500.

If Nova would have joined BE football, would they be able to sell out their 30,000 .. I mean 18,000 seat stadium?

Nova 6,500 seats — Remember Pitt’s Fitzgerald Field House.

At one point one of the kids along with them went nuts and dad had to bottle him up.

I picture the kid being dunked and left to hang, legs flailing.

I LOVE the fact that we’ve beaten them 5 straight times. I’m still pissed off about the up-set in NCAA tourny afew years back. Pitt was playing real good defense on the inbound to Scotty Pippin and it took forever for them to inbound the ball. I still can’t believe the refs make the call. Yes their pavillion is tiny, and yes I rembember Fitzgerrald Field House. The Pete is a terrific facility.

I remember a lot of classmates from Philly when I was at Pitt. But right behind the team, wow.

Let’s hope the home field advantage returns to the Pete, starting Saturday.

Mason up and win ugly.

Give some defensive propps to Woodall,Arcidincono dropped 32 on St. Johns earlier in the yr.

Not sure anyone noticed Nasir Robinson behind the bench.

Maybe with Armwood gone, Nas was looking for a chance to take a shot at Yarou.

+1 Pitt Dad.

Interesting Nova only plays at a bigger venue when they have a better team. I forget what they currently call the arena the Sixers play in.

But there.

I know we helped them close down the old Spectrum.

Funny Nas while undersized, had toughness, and not much of it rubbed off on either Taylor or Zanna.

Nas took Armwood’s best shot and laughed it off. Maybe he was there to be a corner man for Zanna or Dante just in case either was roughted up.
