After what I saw in the Clemson North Carolina game, I don’t think anyone should criticize Jamie Dixon. I saw Clemson blow a 7 point lead in closing minutes. Then with 30 seconds on the clock and the ball in their hands, Clemson stood out by the half court line while clock ran down to about 8 seconds. Instead of the running their offense and getting a good shot, they threw up a ridiculous prayer at the buzzer. Not only did they squander a scoring opportunity they didn’t even allow enough time for a tip-in or a second shot off a rebound.
