Guys – could someone listen to the linked Audio File and tell me 1) what it sounds like and 2) if you could listen right on the Blather website or did you have to download it first.
I have a new idea for small posts that you guys might enjoy but I want to get the technical stuff down pat first.
If you did have to download the audio file… does anyone know how to upload and insert an audio file so it shows a box with the blue sound level vertical bars in it? You know – like most files look like this:
Recruiting could make some immediate differences. If Sanders comes, you have Ollison for power and Sanders with break-a-way speed.
I don’t think who recruited who matters, it is going to be who can make plays.
If Price does come back, D-end will be a position of strength for the first time in years, maybe even if he doesn’t.
In anycase all these guys know they better work hard to get better in the weight room and in training, because we are getting deeper at most positions.
Depth is the key. I watch a ton of college football. I think the biggest difference between the top teams and the others is quality depth. They lose a starter and just plug another good player in. Pitt has to get closer to that point at all positions.
One thing I love about the D Pitt now plays is that they play multiple players at almost every position. I love that about Narduzzi. Builds depth.
BTW, Price had as many sacks last week as Blair, who was the team leader, had the entire ’14 season.
I see Coleman, Stocker and Hamlin (if he comes) getting a lot of PT at DB, joining Whitehead, Maddox, Amara, Webb and Mitchell
In other words .. there should be much subbing next year also

He is the sports producer at KDKA. One of the main men involved in having the kids come on to announce.
Followed him on Twitter…..started noticing that he had as much, if not more inside info as the rest of the usual suspects out there.
He would just put it out there. Then about a month or so ago, he announced he had so much positive feedback, he was going to start a site.

Well, there is ONE way. He needs to give some thought to making the move to Safety.

I will say this.
I’m not much on recruiting tape, no reason, I just never think I can really judge someone well enough, they usually all look good???
Have seen tapes of Miles Sanders and saw him in person at a game once.
Unfreakin’ real talent. Enough for even me to say after seeing him on tape, “holy shit, that kid can play football”.
I will say the same thing even if Pedo gets him, unlike their sites when they lose someone to Pitt, and the “we didn’t want him anyhow” stuff comes out.
Again, just make sure you are subscribed to ESPN somehow and have all the passwords, etc……

Also who will be the starters on the offensive line? If everyone stays healthy, there will be one very excellent guy on the bench.
