I’m here. I’m conscious. I’m at least going to fake it. May be in conflict with a large volume of good bourbon.

Shhh. No one mention this to the people in the press box.

Pitt isn’t going to win the Coastal. UNC is seeing to that. Now it is time to just continue winning the games they should. Louisville isn’t great, but they aren’t bad. If Pitt was playing down there, they would be the underdog by a point or two. Instead, Pitt is the slight favorite at home.

The rare non-noon kick-off this year. Louisville is fully capable of knocking off Pitt.

They are also in a position to lose badly. The truth is out there.

For your final good laugh for the day…

OPG .. Correct.. Dave Hart did start with the mustard .. He was the ultimate looser .. Respect your comments .. Just want our look to be unique, clean and the colors of the Dorsett/ Marino years is distinctively PITT … Our history is big.. Bigger than most ..
NCAA and NFL HOF .. PITTisIT!!! We don’t need a fashion show…we are a beer n a shot town. We are Pitt .. 10-3 this year.. BELIEVE

Any doubt who the better coach is – Chryst or Narduzzi? Hahaha

Hold the mustard! For the really important occasions.

Do the complete throwback uniform for special games, like penn state.

Dr Tom.. all games are special..and for us ole guys all days are special.. Hope you had a great one… Cheers!!!

Wisconsin has played two really good teams and a pretty good team. Lost to all three. Granted Pitt lost to the two really good teams we have played, but no question we are way better off with Chryst back in Madison and Narduzzi hopefully making his home here.

Way too many fans left at half. Don’t get it. Chaney is also showing flashes.2nd qtr, was an offensive thing of beauty. Once he gets the speed he wants and needs I think he’ll be fine. I think our D will be among the best in the country sooner rather than later.

Stayed til the last second. Wanted to soak in 8-4. Wish more fans did the same…

Wish I could go to Miami. Gave us my seats to Pitt fans. Noon kick off plus a 6 hour drive will keep me family bound.

Comment by Dan 72 11.21.15 @ 8:38 pm

Pap its 8-3. Don’t make it any worse.

Comment by Dan 72 11.21.15 @ 9:00 pm

Hail to Pitt!

The offensive showing in the first half was awesome. I like Ollison at RB – I’m sure he has surprised a lot of people. James Connor would have scored (likely) a TD in that 4th quarter drive, but I’m still happy with Ollison.

Challingsworth had another big catch. I would love to see him get more balls thrown his way.

The early forecasts are calling for temps in the 50s on Friday, so the weather won’t hurt Miami, but who cares? I’m going to try to get there for the second half – my son has a hockey tournament over the weekend.

9-3, a nice bowl game in a warm weather city and a chance for ten wins….that would cap off a great Pitt fooball season.

Temple won today and they currently have the best FBS record in Pennsylvania…when has this ever happened?

Pitt lost to the three teams better than them but they also beat the teams they were better than AND the four teams they were equal to.

Comment by Jackagain 11.21.15 @ 9:11 pm

Chryst now gets worse comments from Pitt fans than fraud Graham does. A function of time but still smh. Being gleeful at him losing a game makes zero sense to me. First Pitt coach since walt that didn’t screw Pitt when he left (if Paul zeises wanny story is true) and people act like he’s jerk trash who should get dumped on. Now I know he’s a boring potato brawt blah blah blah blah blah.

5 sacks for Ejuan Price. Guess who’s going to be the ACC defensive player of the week?

Comment by Jackagain 11.21.15 @ 9:13 pm

Al Groh is a class act guy. Was a good Lacrosse player too.

Steve Pederson was a dangerous man. We was given too much power for his very limited intelligence and vision.

What a failure he would have been in his own business. What a failure he was as an AD at two schools.

Of course it wasn’t his money.

deepemlemblues, guess we just can’t look past the House hiring

But I guess we can credit HCPC for being able to put the game away today. 3rd and 2, power set at around midfield with about 7 min left … and Ollie just slams over left side for about 30 yards

Comment by wbb 11.21.15 @ 9:21 pm

Dr Tom, this may have been Franklin’s worse loss yet. from I read and heard, including from a couple PSU fans, Mich had to play against 17 for much of the game

Comment by wbb 11.21.15 @ 9:27 pm

Mich had a 117 penalty yards; PSU had 30

Comment by wbb 11.21.15 @ 9:39 pm

Comment by Emel 11.21.15 @ 9:53 pm

Deepem – I don’t get it either. PITT fans are a strange bunch.

Comment by Reed 11.21.15 @ 9:57 pm

Shouldn’t we have received a 20 second video of the victory dance and chant in the locker room post-game. I never get tired of watching that.

I think most stayed positive on here during the difficult times today, but wow, what a great offensive performance today.

The other thing that this showed was that our defense really needs quality defensive backs. Oh, we just happen to have a bunch of them in the wpial this year. Maybe a Pat signal soon. How much more convincing do we need to be? Come on Damar, Miles, Khaleke….let’s go win.

Michigan got hosed today at The Dairy College field today. The big10 has this rigged to get one of their 3 teams into the dance. Go through any scenario and they are in. They will have 2 teams in the top 6 for sure.

Foge Fazio has the Pitt record for wins by a first year coach at 9. Narduzzi has a chance to beat that.

Comment by Jackagain 11.21.15 @ 10:59 pm

And Foge inherited a way more talented team than Narduzzi. Do ya think?

In the Post-Gazette this morning:

“In Franklinstein’s 22 months at the Pedo helm, the Liars haven’t beaten a ranked opponent.”

Can you say fake, fake, fake, fake?

“Sackenberg was pounded like a piƱata by the Michigan defense, peeling himself off the grass hit after hit. He was sacked four times – by the end of the game, he absorbed the 101st sack of his Pedo State career.”

Ha
