Noon. ESPNU.
I hope that before the game, Head Coach Pat Narduzzi walks up to Syracuse coach Scott Shafer to greet him. Then tosses him a kiwi. Let’s face it, Narduzzi trying to kill Shafer with a kiwi story is the first thing to bring life to a Pitt-Syracuse football game in ages.
At this point, it seems that Shafer is coaching for his job, so there could be an edge of desperation from Syracuse in this game.
Hopefully Pitt can take care of business quickly. Kind of like to see Pitt notch a double digit win. There is no need to keep all the games within one score.
I hate to act like I’m assuming a win, but… yeah. I kind of am. Hopefully the players aren’t taking the Orange as lightly as I am.
Quit hating. Glad you won Dan72!!
I apologized to you in the very same comment I razzed you, showing clearly it was in good fun and not to be taken seriously. I’m pretty certain I’ve defended you more than once as well, and when I disagreed with you, did it respectfully or light-heartedly most of the time. When a person writes countless strident messages about the same topic, he opens himself up to a bit o’ criticism or joshing. If it makes you feel better, how about we just agree you are always right, all the time.
And if it suits you, you’re most welcome to call me a “punk” to my face, anytime at all.
Who would have thought that it’s almost Halloween and Pitt is ranked higher than UCLA, Mississippi St, USC, Georgia, and Texas A&M?
Quiz, who is this guy on Blather? Come on…fess up!

A meaningful game in late October for Pitt, been a long time.
He deserves coach of the year as the SOP black cloud continues to lift.
Fist time since 09 we found a way to win in the 4th quarter after trailing.
