I understand what Jeff is saying about the outside shooting, but they have some young guys coming in and that is their speciality. Plus Levance Fields is the man. In fact, I am going to put him their above Brandin Knight. Knight may be a better leader, but Fields has that killer instinct and that is why this team will finally get past the sweet 16!!! Write down, GUARANTEED!!!

According to Zags blog cheek is visiting the 31st, unless that was updated. You have to be excited about the fact that Taylor has commited, and Scott and Cheek both visit. Even if we don’t get those two it appears Dixon is turning the corner in recruiting and getting some McDonald’s All Americans here at PITT!

Thanks for the update Merlin and Omar. Last Friday, I was having lunch out by the Pittsburgh Airport. I happened to see Knight having lunch with what I thought was a potential recruit. Might not have been a recruit, but what little I did hear was interesting.

Yes he has scheduled an official visit to Pitt, I think it’s the week after he visits Nova. The fact that we even got him here for an official speaks worlds about Knight’s recruiting ability.

Does anyone know if Dominic Cheek is planning a visit to Pitt? Scout.com has him listed has having high intrest in Nova, Kansas, and Pitt, but only planned visits to Nova and Kansas.
