And a lot of you have lost anything resembling a sense of humor over Wannstedt. Choosing instead to parse that for anti-Wannstedt bias.

I found it silly for many of the reasons I listed. Is it out of context, second-hand or a perfectly rational reason for what he said? Sure.

Is there anything in the article to explain it, though? No. So why not have a little fun with it? Oh, because it isn't what you want to read.

Ditto Reed. Chas needs a pad. The constant moaning about the coaches, Wanny especially, is starting to get old on this site. Pony up the $1K, buy www.firedavewannstedt.com, and move the Blather there.

Chas, you're kind of taking pot shots at DW any chance you get. It was pretty easy to infer from that quote that DeCicco took Wannstedt by surprise by committing at that day's practice - not that he committed at all.

I would hate to see the Big East start tanking in the next few years...but its not like the schools were recruiting great before...they just have done more with less talent.
i.e. UCONN, USF, Cincy, Rutgers

I think Dom will be fine- it's not like he's playing poorly. He's a redshirt freshman who now has a grand total of 5 college games under his belt- and he made a nice pick last week. If he completely flatlines and is playing on the same level at this point next year, then it might be fair to criticize.

Great news getting his brother- I guess I didn't think it was the lock a lot of other people thought it would be.

Also in recruiting news, WVU's big QB recruit has de-committed. He was the #3 multi-purpose QB in the country. Looks like WVU might be joining Rutgers on the recruit de-commit wagon.

Hope B. DeCicco fares better than what his brother has done so far. But the up side is he's only a sophmore with great size and abilities. Hope his brother is like that too?
