If we can't get a marquee opponent ... Since we won't be playing Syracuse home and home this year, would it be totally unfathomable to play Cuse in a "preseason" game (which wouldn't count in BE standings) at MSG in December?

It doesn't sound any crazier than the stories that were floated a couple years back that Pitt and WVU might play two football games in the same season.

Funny how different hoops is than football. We try to play in a neutral place whereas in football, it would be unheard of.

I am just happy to know that Pitt will definitely be playing in Madison Square Garden again. I love the ties that our school has to New York, with the annual MSG trip and our numerous trips to the BE Championship Game. Hopefully this consistency helps with our recruiting.

Memphis' schedule is really tight right now. They may be trying to work something out with Pitt, but I think this was more wishful thinking on Levance's part.
