It was Steve spinning, and that's all it was. But good for him for knowing this market so well and taking advantage of it -- his basketball teams had just finished their seasons, the hockey team is gearing up for what fans hope is a long playoff run, the baseball team is just opening its season, and the Steelers are the Steelers. Steve wanted a slice of his, so he manufactured it. Hopefully, the football team will be able to manufacture its own news this fall, and not have to rely spin. The way I read it, it's Lord of the Flies in PSU and back in Oakland Tony Dorsett and Lesean McCoy are best friends. The point, as Neil was pointing out, is that sometimes it's a good thing to have "nothing newsworthy" going on.
